2.1. All mining activities must come under the sovereign non-political “People’s Treasury” for the resulting issual of currency in “Weights & Measures” of its mining assets.
3. The US cannot continue with a mono-currency. An international trade currency must be established and ballasted to a basket of "Weights & Measures".
